ORDER CONFIRMATION

Cash on Delivery‘ orders are first confirmed via phone before dispatch. If the customer’s phone number or email address is unreachable and no confirmation is received within 4 days, the order will be cancelled and the products restocked.

Returns (Within Pakistan)

Claims for returns must be made within 48 hours of product receipt. Returns must meet our below mentioned ‘product condition’ criteria as well.

Products Returns Process

  • A return claim would be validated if the product is damaged,defective or broken.
  • In case of above mentioned issue you will have to provide a picture of the product, which will then start the return process.
  • The packaging of the product is to be ensured before shipping it back.
    An exchange of product or return option would be available on the client’s request.
  • Minor differences in size, design, color and wood texture should be kept in mind before order such products, as these are handmade by local artisans and wood textures, grains and shading are a natural process that can’t be controlled.
  • These are not commercially produced products, each product is different from another and imperfections are not to be considered as flaws.
  • The color of the product can vary due to screen settings.
  • Any details mentioned in the terms and conditions section won’t be considered a valid reason for the product return.
  • There are no returns for change of mind, however product exchange is possible.

Procedure for Returns

  • Contact us via WhatsApp to detail the reason for requesting a refund and send us photos of the defect.
  • Upon confirmation of acceptance, place it in the original packaging and courier it to the address provided to you by our staff. Please note that as mentioned above, you will have to bear the return shipping costs.
  • Courier companies’ express centers charges(Updated April 2k19) are as follows :
  • M&P. Rs. 200 per kg.
  • TCS Second day express- Rs. 240 per kg.
  • Leopard Overnight- Rs. 280 per kg.
  • Upon receipt of product back at our warehouse and due inspection and approval, payment will be transferred online to your bank account.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • You will get store credit for the price of the product and not the shipping cost.
  • In case free shipping was offered, original shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit amount.
  • You will also have to bear the cost of return shipping to our warehouse and charges for re-shipping exchange product.

Consumer Dispute

We make an utmost effort in compensating our customers. We will be there to answer your queries after the product has been dispatched and we gladly take returns(within the time frame mentioned in our T&Cs).

However in case a dispute cannot be resolved, arbitration can only be launched within the jurisdiction of Karachi, Pakistan where the order(acceptance of offer) was received.
